Prototype Mold Designs (Class 104/105)
We offer quick-turn and bridge tooling solutions, including:

Production Mold Designs (Class 101, 102, 103)
We design production molds for many industries such as medical, consumer, automotive and defense. All of our mold designs are optimized for long-term durability, ease of maintenance, and repeatable part quality. We can design to your specific standards or we can come up with a design to fit your needs perfectly. We design molds that use as many readily available components as possible so that lead times are reduced.
Runner System Options
We design molds for both hot and cold runner scenarios:
- Cold runner systems: cost-effective for low-to-medium volume or multi-material applications
- Hot runner systems: optimized for reduced waste, balanced flow, and higher efficiency
- Valve gate systems: ideal for cosmetic parts, sequential gating, or shear-sensitive materials
