True Position Plastics, LLC was founded by Justin Church, a tooling and mold design expert with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the plastics industry. Justin’s journey began as a machinist and mold maker, where he developed a deep respect for precision and craftsmanship. He spent over a decade as a mold designer before advancing into Tooling Manager and Tooling Engineer roles, leading complex programs from concept through production.

This full-spectrum background building molds, designing tools, managing projects, and working directly with global vendors means Justin doesn’t just understand the injection molding world; he’s lived it.

• Mold design services, including 2D/3D CAD, DFM reviews, and full tool build management

All of our programs are grounded in Scientific Molding principles. From early DFM and mold flow analysis to DOE studies, gate freeze evaluations, and decoupled process development (D2/D3), we focus on creating stable, repeatable, high-quality processes. Every project includes a Golden Sample and, when required, full DOE or CpK documentation for validation.
