True Position Plastics was founded by Justin Church, a tooling and mold design expert with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the plastics industry. Justin’s journey began as a machinist and mold maker, where he developed a deep respect for precision and craftsmanship. He spent over a decade as a mold designer before advancing into Tooling Manager and Tooling Engineer roles, leading complex programs from concept through production.
