From mold design and machining to part validation and production troubleshooting, Justin has built a career rooted in precision, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of how great products are made.
After decades in the field-most recently contributing to cutting-edge innovations at Arris Composites (2019-2024)-Justin founded True Position Plastics with a mission: to offer world-class injection molding and machining solutions backed by true manufacturing know-how.
He has worked with teams across the U.S. and Asia, built strong vendor relationships, and understands every stage of the product lifecycle - from concept to molded part. Whether advising on part design for manufacturability, managing tooling builds, or delivering ready-to-use molded parts, Justin's approach is always centered on quality, communication, and getting it right the first time.
